FD Automobile Exhaust Catalytic Converter

Established in indigenization, utilization and industrialization, the Wei's group in NERCCFC developed a kind of noble and rare earth-based FD automobile exhaust catalytic converter, after many years of laborious research. This kind of converter has low light-off temperature (230-280℃), excellent heat resistance and long operating life.
The performance of the converter reaches the advanced level of domestic and overseas products. It also reaches the stringent emissions regulation of EUROPE-III level when tested in China National Automobile Quality Supervision Test Center.
The technology now is conveyed to the Fuzhou Zhaori Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd. and a 150,000 set catalytic converter production line was built in that company. The FD converter adapts to 11 types of automobiles and now is supplied to 3 automobile manufactories.

   We offer several types of FD converter (0.8~2.6L), all of which can reach the emissions regulation of EUROPE-III level. Higher-level converter could also be developed if it is required.
