High Temperature Water-Gas Shift Catalyst

 B116 water-gas shift catalyst has excellent low temperature activity and sulfur resistance, high mechanical strength and thermal stability, plus long operating life. It is suitable for use under low water/gas ratio and high load condition. The catalyst was awarded 2nd Prize by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry in 1991 and 2nd Prize on National Science and Technology Advancement in 1993.
FBD water-gas shift catalyst was developed on the basis of B116 catalyst. It is doped with special ingredients that allow more OH-1 on the catalyst surface, further reducing water/gas ratio and preventing oxidation (desulfurization).
B121 is a chromium free water-gas shift catalyst. It negates chromic anhydride contamination while not compromising catalytic activity. The catalyst was awarded 1st Prize on Science and Technology Advancement of Fujian Province in 1998 and 2nd Prize on National Technological Invention in 2001.
◎ Use: catalysis of water-gas shift reaction.
◎ Properties: appearance: brown cylindrical granules; diameter 9.0-9.5mm; height 6.0-8.0mm; bulk density 1.65Kg/L.

◎ Test is conducted in accordance with HG/T 3544 (Method for determining the efficacy of water-gas shift catalyst). Particle size:1.4~2.0mm; Temperature: 530℃; time:15h; CO %: 28%~30%; test temperature: 350°C; test pressure: atmospheric pressure; reactor diameter: 18×2mm; water/gas ratio:1.0; flow speed:2000h-1; catalyst volume: 0.5ml.
